Codes of Conduct

  1. Insubordination:

    2. The Praetor's and the Commanding Officer's have the years of experience and knowledge that facilitates such a role. As such they will not be contradicted in public. If you disagree with an option they have made you can either talk to them on Xfire or send a direct message via pm.


  2. Clan Tags:

    3. The official tags for the clan is: -=LotU=- standing for Legions of the Underverse. You need to wear these at all time Xfire and ingame to represent the clan. Remember that it is an honor to wear the tags!


  3. Cursing:

    4. No bad language will be used ingame, on the boards (including signatures), Xfire and teamspeak. If caught you will be cautioned, we want to give ourselves a good name!


  4. Unacceptable Behavior:

    5. Harassment, threats, or discrimination of any sort will not tolerated. The final judgment of the statements or evidence in question will be discretion of the clan leaders.

    1. Threats and harassment

      2. Direct threats and harassment will be considered as serious and and may result in immediate expulsion from -=LotU=-. Insults and rampant flaming are included as harassment.


    2. Discrimination

      3. All members are to show the proper respect to all clan members regardless of race, age, sex, religion, national origin, or any other descriptive property.


  5. Unacceptable Content:

    6. Here are -=LotU=- there are certain forms of content that we do not allow for legal reasons and as to make our community safe for all to enjoy. There are as follows:

    1. Pornography:

      2. Pornographic images will not be tolerated in any form on the forums. This is non-negotiable and immediate IP banning will result. The High Command are the sole judge on whether an image is deemed pornographic or not.


    2. Pirated Software:

      3. No links to pirated software will be posted on our boards. The -=LotU=- will not be responsible for any legal actions that result from your violations.


  6. Hacking:

    7. No hacking is allowed. If found out whilst doing this by us or another clan and reported to us, if proved guilty you will be banned!


  7. Deception:

    8. You will not pretend to be someone else. We want to get to know you not someone who you want to be. Again you will be cautioned, if done repeatedly you will be banned!


  8. Multiclanning:

    9. No Multiclanning is allowed. This means you can't belong to two clans. We want dedicated members who will help us make a name for this clan. Those caught without a valid reason will be instantly banned.


  9. Spam:

    10. Under no circumstances will Spam be tolerated outside of designated areas. The leadership is the sole judge on what is and is not spam.


  10. Mutiny/Dissent:

    11. If found guilty of spreading bad rumors that aren’t true, you will be cautioned, if done repeatedly banned. Anyone caught trying to overthrow the Praetor's or the Commanding Officer's will be instantly banned.


  11. Expulsion:

    12. Any Praetor of -=LotU=- may expel a member at their discretion at any time they feel the CoC has been violated. If someone proves to be a serious threat to the stability and integral workings of the clan, they will be removed without hesitation. Anyone expelled may be reviewed no earlier than one month after their expulsion, and require a majority vote to be allowed to return.
